Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Eligibility and accounts

BarnRoll is a barn-record app for FFA and agriculture students raising livestock projects, and for the teachers who supervise them. It is operated by Mica Go Store LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us").

You must be at least 13 years old to use BarnRoll. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, or as part of a school agricultural program that has agreed to use it.

You are responsible for keeping your login private and for everything done with your account. Teachers who create a chapter confirm they are authorized by their school or program to supervise the students they invite.

2. Description of the Service

BarnRoll lets students record barn visits, feeding programs, products, weigh-ins, health treatments, vet visits and problems for their project animals, and lets teachers see their chapter's records, a dashboard and alerts. Features may change while the Service is in its pilot.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

BarnRoll is currently free. We do not collect payment information. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will announce them in advance, explain what changes, and never charge anyone without their explicit agreement. You can stop using BarnRoll at any time.

4. Your content and ownership

The records, photos and notes you enter are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them, show them to the people allowed to see them (you, your chapter's teachers and administrators) and operate the Service.

Only upload photos you have the right to share. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

5. Our intellectual property

The BarnRoll name, logo, software and design belong to Mica Go Store LLC. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Animal health and limitations

BarnRoll is a record-keeping tool, not veterinary advice. Withdrawal dates, alerts and growth figures are calculated from what users enter and can be wrong or incomplete. Decisions about animal health, medication, withdrawal periods and show eligibility belong to the teacher, the veterinarian and the show rules. Always confirm with them.

Alerts depend on email delivery and on records being entered; we cannot guarantee that every alert is delivered or sent on time.

8. Third-party services

BarnRoll runs on third-party services (see our Privacy Policy). Their own terms apply to their services.

9. Termination

You may stop using BarnRoll and ask us to delete your account at barnroll@micagostore.com. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk. A teacher may remove a student from a chapter, which ends that teacher's access to the student's records.

10. Disclaimers and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mica Go Store LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including the loss of an animal, a show placement or a sale, arising from the use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability is limited to US$50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Mica Go Store LLC harmless from claims caused by content you upload or by your misuse of the Service.

13. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, notify users in the app or by email before they take effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Before any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to solve it informally.
